Fish with Goat Cheese and Pesto

  • Two fish fillets
  • 4 ounces goat cheese or to taste
  • 2-3 tblsn pesto or to taste
  1. Soften the goat cheese at room temperature.
  2. Mix goat cheese and pesto in a small bowl
  3. Place fish fillets in greased pan and spread with cheese and pesto mixture
  4. place in pre-heated grill on medium and close the lid
  5. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 8-10 minutes
