Subscribe to a Fish CSF

Our fishermen harvest fish in summer and shrimp during the winter months, so CSF subscriptions for fish are available during the summer season while subscriptions for shrimp are available during the winter. We are adding lobster and crab CSF options to our subscription packages starting in winter 2009.

All CSF shares come with a free subscription to our weekly CSF newsletter, full of recipes, cooking tips and news from Port Clyde's fishermen. Free filleting demonstrations are done by our fishermen at all pick-up locations at the beginning of the fish CSF season.

Fish CSF subscriptions will be available again starting in June of 2010, but fish can still be purchased directly from Port Clyde Fresh Catch by special order, subject to availability.

CSF subscriptions are available for fillets or whole fish and can begin at any time you choose during the CSF season. Each week’s shares will consist of the fishermen’s catch of the day is, so subscribers can expect to receive a variety of fish during the subscription period. (Halibut is the only fish that we do not include in our CSF shares.)

Lobster CSF subscriptions are available periodically throughout the year, and lobsters can be added to fish CSF subscriptions.
