Mom cooks the onions before spreading them on the fish. I mix the three topping ingredients, uncooked, and spread them on fish. This results in a slight crunch from the finely minced onion, which I think is fine.”
Ingredients
  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss; both work well)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the mayonnaise, minced onion and
